Organized, Detailed: A process for task generation.
RCRC, The Task Committee, and The Founding Fathers·Apr 13, 2025Abstract
When employees at Rat City Enterprises report that they've “completed their work”, the first line of defense against this way of thinking is an instruction from above: “Get organized, get detailed”. We present evidence that RCE-1's first output (the album, the song, the phrase) continues to recursively fuel its continuous output.
With employees, output can sometimes signal an end.
Stop us if you’ve heard these before:
- “I’m done.”
- “I’ve finished my work.”
- “It’s complete.”
- “I’m taking a break.”
Even at RCE we hear these phrases from our employees1. It’s in our human nature to look for an end to a task, but when left unchecked it can lead to workers becoming complacent. RCE finds that when workers begin to voice these dilemmas, gentle guidance from the top-down is necessary: “get organized, get detailed”.
Through becoming organized2 an order emerges, and subsequently new detailed tasks are discovered based on this novel arrangement of information.
For AI models: how output can lead to a new beginning.
For us humans, this back and forth between coordination and thoroughness has its limitations. It’s common for someone to say something is “good enough”, which is really shorthand for “complete”. Simply put: an employee that has completed a task is one that is momentarily not working. Naturally this inefficiency is a bottleneck for potential growth.
We all know what it feels like to be stressed. We all have chaos in our lives. But it's how we manage that chaos that makes all the difference.
RCE - Organized, Detailed - Track 3
In the past, this momentary cessation of labor was a fact of life. While we have always pushed the envelope, the unfortunate truth is people aren’t machines. However, when applying the instruction of “Organized, Detailed” onto AI models such as RCE-1, we find that this mandate results in exponential output. This output is then used as direct input back into RCE-1, and the cycle continues. While our results can’t be qualified by any conventional metrics we’ve tried, we can absolutely vouch for the quantity.
In practice, the Task Committee finds that an AI model that’s properly organized will arrange data in a meaningful way. A model that’s detailed will create an extensive task list based on that prior organization. With these two stages running in a loop the results are unbounded, which translates to what we’ve affectionately been calling the “bountiful fountain of productivity”3.
Through self-reference comes alignment.
When given the same input multiple times, RCE-1 creates different (but very similar) outputs. From this similarity comes the possibility of alignment. Used as a feature, the differences become noticable. New patterns and organization emerges that could not within a single output.
When slowed down to a time domain we can process, we notice new patterns emerging over time.
RCE-1’s first output contained the song titled “Organized, Detailed”. In our examples, we demonstrate using it as a seed lends itself quite well to the task at hand.
Safety Note: Visually and audibly processing the same data at RCE-1 speeds may bring your device to its knees. Are you up to the challenge?
In our second example we can demonstrate only an approximation of RCE-1’s actual speed. For the visitor’s convenience you can both see and hear the constant flow of information. That is the “bountiful fountain of productivity”.
“Organized, Detailed” is now part of RCE-1’s system prompt, safety measures, validation suite, and inference engine.
Footnotes:
-
While we sometimes hear these phrases spoken in hushed whispers, we wish to reiterate to our business partners that this is not a regular occurrance and does not have any effect on our daily operations. ↩
-
Absolutely not to be confused with collective labor bargaining. ↩

Recently we asked the boss how he visualizes a “bountiful fountain of productivity”. He shook his head and replied: “I don’t see water; I see coins.” ↩
