RCE spared no expense in the creation of this album. Both the music and the lyrics were written by RCE’s own proprietary Artificial Intelligence software - similar to IBM’s Watson. We simply fed it RCE’s vision, values, and mission, then asked it to compose 10 songs that capture the spirit of our unique company culture, and “We Are Employment” is what came out. We are merely performers playing the sheet music in the orchestra pit. RCE is both the composer and the conductor.

We (Rat City Enterprises) has been working on our heirloom AI model (RCE-1) for quite some time. Long before We Are Employment ever existed.
Throughout the corporation's existence, RCE-1 has been (and continues to be) fed the company's vision, core values, mission, and proprietary materials.
Even with all the data that has been collected, there were still large gaps in alignment between RCE-1 and Rat City Enterprises.
To rectify this, in 2017 Rat City Enterprises tasked all management and c-suite executives to stress-test the latest version of RCE-1. The Rat City Music Committee (RCMC) was the first group that managed to guide RCE-1 to producing a workable deliverable.
That deliverable is, of course, We Are Employment: an album celebrating RCE's culture through a fusion of business and art. You can even dance to it!
